Launch-safe product claims.

No public page should imply a feature exists unless the product can currently deliver it.

Local file processing

The desktop workflow is designed so private photos can be reviewed without sending them through a cloud editor.

Photo redaction tools

Use manual boxes, face blur, license plate blur, text/detail redaction, and metadata review for launch-safe photo workflows.

Batch workflow in beta

Folder and larger batch workflows are being tested with early users before broad production claims.

Review-oriented output

Privacy checklists and local reports are being tested for teams that need a repeatable process.

No enterprise baggage

RedactDesk is not evidence management, FOIA software, or a compliance-guarantee platform.

Video in development

Video redaction is planned for early access testing, but the launch website stays photo-first.

How local processing works.

RedactDesk is designed around a desktop workflow: select local files, review private visual details, apply redactions, remove unnecessary metadata, and export redacted copies for sharing.

The website does not ask visitors to upload private media for processing.

Trust notes before public download

  • Supported OS versions will be listed before public release.
  • Release notes and version numbers will be published with download builds.
  • Code signing, notarization, checksums, and installer details will be shown only when true.
  • Telemetry and crash report handling will be explained plainly.

Start with local redaction for private photo workflows.

Join early access to help shape RedactDesk's batch photo workflow, school and real estate presets, and local review reports.
